With a Bachelor of Technology in Mechatronics Technology and over six years’ experience in structured, process-driven environments, she applies a disciplined and methodical mindset to her work.

She is developing her expertise across client file management, regulatory compliance, and pipeline coordination, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency as she supports the team in delivering smooth and timely loan outcomes. Her keen eye for detail and organised approach position her well as she grows within the mortgage industry.

Outside of work, Joan channels her organisational skills into her personal life through her unique approach to book collecting—thoughtfully curating a library of titles to be enjoyed in the year ahead.
