Meet the team.

Melissa is our Loans Administrator and she is an integral part of the entire loans process, she is the “backbone” for the brokers. Her long-spanning career in the finance industry offers invaluable experience, knowledge and intuitive solutions to the whole team, ensuring that our clients’ loans progress smoothly, efficiently and professionally from start to settlement.

Her ability to oversee the loan process and communicate effectively with clients, lenders and solicitors alike, is reassuring to all parties.

Melissa’s experience is backed by a Diploma in Accounting, Certificate III in Financial Services and Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking.

In her spare time, Melissa loves to spend time with her family and friends or eating out. She is a longtime member of her local gym and loves to challenge herself outdoors by climbing another mountain the rest of the Multi-Choice team have never heard of, where she enjoys pushing her husband out of his comfort zone!  Melissa is forever travelling overseas to a new exotic destination to experience a different culture, strange foods and of course, hiking up a ridiculously steep mountain!
