Meet the team.

Trevor has been in mortgage lending for 27 years, ever since he immigrated to Australia with his wife and two young girls.

After spending the first two years with a lender that, frustratingly, only offered their clients a very limited choice of loans, Trevor decided to open a mortgage broking business so that he could offer his clients the right loan, sourced from a multitude of lenders.  Hence the name “Multi-Choice Home Loans” was born 25 years ago.

With more than 27 years of experience in helping people find the right finance, he still feels good about helping people achieve their financial goals. As a farmer in his previous life, Trevor knows that hard work is the main ingredient required for success, and he therefore dedicates himself wholly to his client's objectives and does not rest until every stone is upturned.

Multi-Choice Home Loans has grown organically from day one because of Trevor’s commitment to his clients to get the job done.  With a 100% customer focus and solution-orientated approach and then with the widest selection of loans from many lenders, Multi-Choice grew quickly from many client referrals and repeat business.  Multi-Choice then adapted the one-liner, “Loan Approved. Simple” because that is what they were doing for their clients, every day getting loans approved and making it simple for the client.

The business is over 25 years old now and Trevor’s children are now also in the business. The success of Multi-Choice is that it’s a family business with family values, and because of that, we love helping and caring for other families because families matter.

When Trevor isn’t making wins for his clients, he loves anything to do with the beach, whether it be surfing, boating, line fishing, spearfishing, or just relaxing on the beach.  He is also an avid golfer and is a member of the Keperra Country Golf Club.
